The Conservative Latinos PA (CLPA) was officially established in 2025 to be voice and resource for latino voters across Pennsylvania. With decades of combined experience, CLPA has built a coaltiion and grassroots network focused on reaching latinos voters where they are at in all 67 counties.
With the results of the 2024 election, statewide Latinos are leaving the democrat party in droves. The Republican Party must adapt and be ready to welcome a new wave of voters from the Latino community. Join us as we work alongside the Republican National Committee and Republican Party of Pennsylvania to achieve our goals.

Hamlet Garcia
Co-Founder/Chairman
Born in Cuba, he knows first hand the horreors of communism and the brutality of the Castro regime. Hamlet has been a vocal supporter of school choice and believes every latino when informed would algin witht he Republican Party values. Today, he is a business owner with a wife and kids.
Bryant J Glick
Co-Founder/Political Director
Born in Peru, he was adopted by a young couple from Lancaster, PA. For over 10 years Bryant has been a grassroots organizer for local, county and federal candidates. Today, he lives in New Holland, PA with his wife and four children. He currently serves as a councilman for New Holland Borough.
Dr. Marcela Diaz-Myers
Co-Founder/Policy Director
Lifelong voice for Latinos in Pennsylvania. Marcela has served in administrations since the early 2000s. Helping to craft policy and connect constituents with elected officials across Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a wife, mother, and Latino Coalition Director for PA.
